We follow the feeding and medication instructions you provide at check-in to ensure your pets are well cared for. Most customers request feeding either once, twice a day, or on an “open” schedule. You’re welcome to bring your own pet food, or you can use the dry food we offer at no additional charge. We also have refrigeration available for any food or medication that needs it.
Administering your pets’ medications is included at no extra cost, as long as it’s done in a way that ensures the safety of our staff.
All pets have a constant supply of drinking water available to them.
You are welcome to bring bedding, toys, treats, etc., for your pet while boarding with us. We provide bedding as needed at no extra cost.
While boarding with us, your pets will be kept separated from other owners’ pets at all times. They will never be in the same enclosure (kennel, walkway, yard, etc.) with other owners’ pets.
